I don’t know about you, but I find the business world exhilarating. Change isn’t a hurdle; it is an opportunity to be explored and pursued with a passion. The next generation of business leaders will be working in a hyper-competitive marketplace. I refer to them as GEN-AI. What does that mean, and how do we prepare for it? We used to say that change is constant, but today, that is an understatement. Change is now superpowered by technology. It demands us to be faster, because identifying next-generation strategies and innovations, some of them even breakthroughs will be our biggest challenges to continued relevance and business longevity.

The challenge is to learn how to compete in this environment, which will be new to everyone from senior management to boardrooms.
