Welcome to the future

Hi there. Welcome to the future. The challenges of the CEO, Board and Organization are more acute many things are happening all at one time. Do we preserve the old business model or create a new one? Are we creating the future and trends for our customers or chasing them?

Are we too focused on trying to adapt, and should we create a broader vision that challenges us and the future? Organizations that play it safe or don’t do enough tend to be impacted the hardest when competitors break away with next-generation strategies and innovations. But is the organization willing to disrupt with a newer business model and, with time, leave the old one behind? Realistically, there isn’t any other choice unless you are already in the number one or two market position.

And then, of course, there is the question of Artificial Intelligence. Is the organization able to make the leap to industrializing human and artificial intelligence to work together to drive a different future? Some have already begun.

Competing today is challenging. I’ve led brands to the number one and two market positions across Canada, the USA, and China, a testament to my understanding of the business landscape and ability to navigate it.

The bottom line is that I bring real-world experiences and knowledge to conversations in what is without question a very complex environment.
